He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand his business
