He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
