History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Naill was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naill's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Tharivol was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He became a Server soon after.
