History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spy. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
