History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. After coming to the age of reason, Halimath took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: He wears dull red sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thervan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has gray eyes and a black hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He now mingles about in high society.
