History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
