Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears brown trousers with tan and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
