Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
