The war was a terrible time for him, and Tharivol does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Tharivol was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
