History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now owns his own business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aelar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
