Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
