Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Berrian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Berrian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in halberd use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Dayereth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He has worked as a Spy like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: Standing 4'9", this man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Traki is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Traki learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a simple grey robe with black stripes complete with hood. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
