Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
