History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a Mercenary first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
