He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north to a Stylist, Rolen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now owns his own business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
