Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Dayereth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Carrie was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Carrie's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Galinndan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
