History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Carrie reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has decided he is irredeemable
