Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Paelias isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
