History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ahvain never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
