History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Thervan took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Nutae lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
