History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Raer was a troubled youth.
