History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Roofer.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is short and silver. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Mindartis was born with his father's beautiful face. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
