History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Laucian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Vanuath was born with his mother's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
