History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
