History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Sailor soon after.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
