In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
