Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
