History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Gifted from a young age, Uthemar studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
