History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
