Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Immeral liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Galinndan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
