Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with green slacks. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his falchion with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his falchion, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He has a very tight haircut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Scribe business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
