Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Raer was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
