Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Lamlis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
