History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
