History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Thervan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
