Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This northern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Korfel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Korfel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Korfel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
