During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his painting dream.
