History: Hadarai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Vanuath was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heian's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
