He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarion embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A true patriot, Quarion would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Quarion was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
