History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Stableman mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
