History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Heian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Born in the west to a Spy, Tharivol learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Tharivol abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Suhnae lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
