Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Rael enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rael was born the youngest of three triplets. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rael never married again.
