Personality: He is fixated on the number 33. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. History: Efferil was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
