Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Uthemar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
