History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
