Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Galinndan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
