History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Rolen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rolen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the west. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Servant. He has achieved small success as a Servant.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his writing dream.
