History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
