Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a tan vest and prefers blue and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Thervan's homeland. Thervan decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Eiravel has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. His silver hair is still thick. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he very much looks the part of a Butcher. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ahvain was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ahvain decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
