History: Born in the south to a Guard, Nutae learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull white sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Nim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
